POTATO SOUP
WASH PEEL AND DICE 4 TO 5 POTATOES
WASH 1 CELERY STALK
PEEL ,WASH AND DICE 1 ONION
CLEAN 1 CARROT
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN LARGE KETTLE
ADD ENOUGH WATER TO COVER WELL BRING TO BOIL COOK TILL SOFT ADD 3TABL.SPOONS OF CHICKEN BASE AND THICKEN WITH INSTANT MASHED POTATO FLAKES.
